Tasting Notes

Classic Pinot with ripe cherry, raspberry and strawberry aromas laced in with some sweet tobacco and spice. Flavors of more ripe red fruit combined with a bit of leathery earthiness and a touch of carob powder. A long, soft finish is always expected from this wine and although ’15 was a hot vintage this wine is still elegant and balanced with bright acidity.
