2017 Willamette Valley Reserve Pinot Noir

2017 Willamette Valley Reserve Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes

Classic Pinot with ripe cherry, raspberry and strawberry aromas laced in with some sweet tobacco and spice. Flavors of more ripe red fruit combined with a bit of leathery earthiness and a touch of carob powder. Aged 18 months in barrel, a long, soft finish is always expected from this. 2017 was a cooler vintage having a bit lower alcohol yet still showing elegant tannins and a balanced bright acidity.
